Job Title: HR Business Partner ( Field Based) 

Salary £40,000.00 plus benefits 

Location: Head Office Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire – This is a Field Based HRBP role and will require travel to sites in Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire & Milton Keynes

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team based at the Business Support Centre in Aylesbury. Your role will be a strategic one- partnering with Senior Managers to develop and implement HR plans that link to the wider people strategy, and the wider Organisational goals. Commerciality is key as we seek to improve HR and Operational ways of working, supporting, and managing cross functional change management programs with measured outcomes.


About You:


You will have excellent communication and analytical skills, with a proven track record covering Employee Engagement, complex ER issues, talent management, succession planning and imbedding internal HR processes.

As well as being proactive and assertive, a proven ability to successfully work with a high level of initiative is a must. You will need to be a confident decision maker with the ability to adapt your approach to coach, consult and provide constructive feedback to Senior Managers.

You will have strong planning and organisational skills, be able to work well under pressure with the ability to prioritise and delegate appropriately. You will add value to the delivery of a high-quality HR function, demonstrating a strong track record of effective project management skills and the delivery of multiple projects to tight timescales which have a strong people focus.

Today, we have 1500 staff supporting over 1,100 residents at services across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Milton Keynes.
