Application process

As ever, the first step to applying for a role is to get to know the organisation you are applying for. Click here to see what we're all about as well as what we have to offer you as a potential employee.

Fill in an online application form for the role you wish to apply for. We encourage you to complete your application form as soon as possible as we review applications throughout the advertising period.
If you are successful with your online application form, you'll be invited to complete a short telephone discussion with a member of our recruitment team. This is to get to know you a bit more and understand whether this is the right opportunity for you, as well as for you to ask any questions you may have.
If you are successful with your telephone discussion, you will be invited to a face to face interview at the home you have applied to. You'll meet with our team and residents and get a real flavour of what it's like to work in the home itself. There'll be a few more questions we'll ask you, and you'll also be asked to complete a short written exercise.
Successful applicants will be offered the opportunity to begin an exciting career at The Fremantle Trust.
