Fill in an online application form for the role you wish to apply for. We encourage you to complete your application form as soon as possible as we review applications throughout the advertising period.
If you are successful with your online application form, you'll be invited to complete a short telephone discussion with a member of our recruitment team. This is to get to know you a bit more and understand whether this is the right opportunity for you, as well as for you to ask any questions you may have.
If you are successful with your telephone discussion, you will be invited to a face to face interview at the home you have applied to. You'll meet with our team and residents and get a real flavour of what it's like to work in the home itself. There'll be a few more questions we'll ask you, and you'll also be asked to complete a short written exercise.
